How do you transform your life to become a world-changing force for good? In 2006, Scott Harrison abandoned a stable career to found charity: water. Now, less than 10 years later, Scott’s organization has provided drinking water to more than 2 million people through 4,282 projects in 19 countries. This week at IVY, Scott will join members for an inspired discussion on how he’s transforming the world, one drop at a time.

Speaking of transformation, New York TimesBestselling author Cass Sunstein shows us how to transform our decisions, as he tackles the problems of groupthink and why it’s so difficult. He’ll draw from research in his book book, Wiser: Getting Beyond Groupthink to Make Groups Smarter.

Out in LA, we’re all about fashion—from red carpet couture to read-to-wear. This week, IVY members have a backstage pass to an incredible IVY night of fashion with Maria Korovilas, one of LA’s most up-and-coming fashion icons. Her eponymous line features expertly crafted, ready-to-wear designs that evoke her signature romantic aesthetic.

For the curious Washingtonians, Barbara Tannenabaum, Brown professor, will appear in DC for a special lecture for members on how persuasion works. She’ll show people how to to maximize their message to offer the most persuasive argument possible.

Finally, the 99 Homes series continues in Miami with the final IVY Advanced Screening. We’d like to extend a special thanks to Broad Green Pictures for offering us access to this incredible film before it is released in theaters.
